“OFF THE TRUCK” FULL SERVICE CUSTOMIZABLE CATERING

RENT A TRUCK
- $500 truck rental booking fee due upfront to secure date.
- Minimum $1,000 in food sales with sales tax & 20% gratuity.
- iPad/POS system tracks what your guests order & tab is merged at the end of event to provide total cost.
- Booking fee covers travel up to 20 miles distance, self sufficient with power & water (silent generator) provided all plates, napkins, silverware & removing garbage from site.
- Covers up to 2-4 hour period of time, providing the full chosen menu, drinks & desserts are optional.
TAB SYSTEM
(most common)
approximately $17-$26 per guest
"Pay-for-what-you-get" guests freely order withing full menu. Provided meals are tracked with iPad/POS systems & merged at the end for the final bill.
FIXED CATERING
(least common)
fixed rate of $35 per guest
This option provides a fixed rate for an actual expected bill providing the full menu for guests to freely order what they'd like.
TICKET SYSTEM
(business catering)
fixed rate of $16-$20 per ticket
Allowing you to control costs, providing a ticket (provided by client of your choice/style) valued at X amount ($16-$20 recommended) this prevents guests from repeat ordering from the truck and controls catering costs. Guests are welcomed to purchase additional items if desired at their own expense.
